They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing biotech division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, nurturing existing client relationships, and expanding their client base within the life sciences sector, reporting directly to executive leadership.

Focus:
• Identify and target potential clients within the biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and research sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor logistics solutions to meet clients’ specific needs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Work closely with executive leadership to drive business growth initiatives and meet revenue targets.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience in business development within the life sciences or biotech sector.
• Previous engagement with CROs, universities, research facilities, and healthcare organizations.
• Familiarity with ISO certifications and quality management systems, stem cell, bone marrow, and clinical trial logistics.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial logistics and temperature control requirements.
• Proficiency in the air freight sector, with expertise in time-sensitive logistics operations.
• Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business opportunities by using exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong passion for driving business growth.
• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
