MEP Superintendent – Critical Facilities
Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a highly experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in mission-critical facilities. This role involves leading and coordinating all aspects of MEP installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Focus:
• Manage and supervise all on-site MEP activities related to mission-critical facilities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of MEP systems.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for MEP components of the project.
• Ensure the successful integration of MEP systems into the overall construction process.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Resolve any on-site issues that may arise, related to MEP installations, by working closely with the project management team.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all MEP activities, changes, and approvals.
Skill Set:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or completion of a relevant technical/trades school program, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in managing MEP systems within mission-critical environments, such as data centers, hospitals, or other high-stakes facilities.
• Proven track record of collaborating with top builders on high-stakes ventures, with a strong preference for candidates who have navigated the intricate world of data center construction.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems integration within complex, large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining a commitment to quality and safety.
• Familiarity with the latest industry standards and best practices for mission-critical MEP systems preferred.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects with a focus on data centers or other similar mission-critical environments highly desirable.
