This organization is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent to join their team. The Mechanical Superintendent oversees field operations on assigned construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all activities. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site work while collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.

Focus:
Lead and enforce safety practices, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Develop and manage schedules, logistics plans, and resource allocation for project execution.
Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections, meetings, and progress updates while maintaining accurate documentation of activities and delays.
Plan and optimize construction methods, material handling, and task sequencing to meet timelines and budgets.
Promote staff development through training, mentoring, and recruitment efforts.
Maintain project compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
Skill Set:
High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant construction experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role (or equivalent education in construction or a related field).
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in interpreting technical plans and specifications.
Current First Aid/CPR and OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
