Our client is a long-established, privately held company with a strong reputation in its industry. They are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.
The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for managing project budgets, scheduling, staffing, and materials procurement. You will work closely with the Corporate Production Manager and key stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.

Focus:
• Lead and manage all assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring completion within budget and timelines.
• Oversee installation of equipment and ensure seamless operation across divisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective project execution.
• Prepare cost budgets, manage materials procurement, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Regularly report on project milestones, potential delays, and budget updates to the Corporate Production Manager.
• Supervise project staff and assist with hiring, training, and performance reviews.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• At least 4 years of engineering experience, with 3 years in project management, and direct supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Plant 3D and familiarity with Navisworks is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver’s License required, with the ability to travel up to 30%.
