Our client, a leading company in the energy sector, is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Lead to establish and lead the marketing efforts for a growing and evolving business. This is a key role within the organization, responsible for building the marketing department from the ground up and driving comprehensive marketing strategies to expand brand recognition, market share, and support business growth in both existing and new markets.

Focus:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives across diverse channels.
• Lead the rebranding efforts to position the company in new markets beyond its traditional sectors.
• Drive awareness and engagement through digital advertising, content development, and social media campaigns.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to create sales enablement tools and demand generation strategies.
• Assess the current market landscape, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies for market expansion.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive improvements.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring the allocation of resources in line with strategic priorities.
• Oversee content creation, including website development, product brochures, and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making and identify opportunities.
• Ensure alignment of all marketing activities with the company’s brand, voice, and objectives.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a marketing management role, ideally in industrial, energy, or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and emerging trends.
• Experience in creating and executing marketing strategies from scratch.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure and optimize marketing efforts.
• Strong communication skills with a creative mindset to develop compelling marketing materials.
• Experience with website design and content management, as well as graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
