Our client is a well-established Internet Service Provider (ISP) company offering a range of connectivity solutions spanning from the residential to enterprise levels. They utilize a variety of innovative fiber and splicing technologies to remain on the cutting edge of their industry. As the company continues to evolve in the rapidly changing ISP industry, they are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Generalist to help get the word out.
As the only Marketing Automation Generalist on the marketing team, you will play a key role responsible for managing and optimizing marketing automation systems and processes to drive lead generation and customer engagement across multiple service lines.

Focus:
• Marketing Automation Management: Oversee marketing automation platforms, including the creation and management of automated workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing processes.
• Lead Generation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure lead generation campaigns are optimized and aligned with business objectives.
• Data Segmentation: Segment and manage customer data for personalized marketing campaigns and effective targeting of different customer personas.
• Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests and analyze campaign performance data to refine and improve marketing automation strategies.
• Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on the performance of marketing automation initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Integration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integration between marketing automation systems and other marketing tools and platforms.
• Compliance: Stay updated on relevant data protection and privacy regulations and ensure compliance within marketing automation activities.
• Identify areas of opportunity for automation –
• Setting up lead sequencing, distribution, etc.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation or a related role.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of your time.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
