Location: Surprise, AZ, On-Site

Join a growth-minded, privately held manufacturer serving commercial and infrastructure projects across the Southwest. As the Manufacturing Production Coordinator, you will be the hub connecting order intake, production, quality, and shipping. You will keep schedules tight, quality consistent, and orders flowing on time. What you will do

• Own the daily production schedule across lines and shifts, aligning labor, materials, and machine availability.
• Translate custom orders and specs into accurate work orders and traveler packets.
• Track work in process and inventory in real time, reconcile variances before they impact ship dates.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving, staging outbound loads and booking carriers.
• Partner with maintenance to plan downtime for repairs and preventative tasks without disrupting throughput.
• Run in-process quality checks and document results, escalate nonconformances quickly.
• Keep spreadsheets and Google Workspace trackers current to keep teams aligned on priorities.
• Support training and cross-training by maintaining clear SOPs and job aids.

What you bring

• 2 plus years in manufacturing or construction production control, scheduling, or operations coordination.
• Comfortable working with fractions, measurements, and production math.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Workspace, able to build and update simple formulas and tables.
• Proven multitasker who can handle changing priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
• Detail driven with a habit of catching errors before they leave the floor.
• Clear communicator across shifts and departments, Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Schedule and environment

Standard day shift around 7 am to 4 pm, with occasional early starts as business needs require and rare Saturday coverage. This is a fully on-site role supporting multiple shifts. Local candidates within a practical West Valley commute are preferred.
