They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Client Services & Operations.
In this pivotal role, the Manager of Client Services & Operations will spearhead the company’s commitment to exceptional client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Focus:
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a culture of engagement, clear communication, and client-first mentality.
• Optimize team performance through training, hiring, effective work allocation, and workforce realignment.
• Ensure top-tier client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Monitor KPI data to meet or exceed client SLAs and implement quality control measures to maintain service excellence.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, or reduce costs department-wide.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external projects, from objective identification to budgeting, task delegation, and completion, ensuring regular communication with key stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Engage in professional development initiatives to foster team growth and skill enhancement through ongoing training and educational opportunities.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
• 5+ years of management experience in an administrative environment, preferably in lighting & electrical or construction industries, facilities/property management, or technical fields
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive, empathetic, and strong public speaking abilities.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with customers and work closely with direct reports.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to use KPIs for performance evaluation.
• Proficiency in Google Office and Microsoft Office suite, as well as Project Management and service & dispatch management software platforms.
