Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dependable 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join their dynamic manufacturing team at a well-established facility. This position plays a critical role in running high-performance corrugated packaging equipment, specifically the Ward 66” 2 Color Die Cutter with Flexo Folder Gluer, Prefeeder, and Loadformer.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in flexographic printing and die cutting operations, with a strong understanding of safety protocols, quality standards, and machine efficiency. Focus:

Set up, operate, and maintain the Ward 66” 2 Color Die Cutter with Flexo Folder Gluer.

Operate additional machine components including Prefeeder and Loadformer.

Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications and customer standards.

Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed for optimal performance and product consistency.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and work with maintenance as necessary to minimize downtime.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Skill Set:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Corrugated Industry.

At least 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator, specifically operating die cutters and flexo folder gluers.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Flexo printing and die cutting processes.

Ability to read and interpret work orders, specifications, and production schedules.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime as needed.
