M&A Integrations Lead
Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, is dedicated to optimizing production processes and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and quality. They are currently seeking an M&A Integrations Lead to join their team and drive strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration projects, enhance productivity, and maintain operational excellence.

Focus:
• Lead and oversee large-scale M&A integration projects, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the integration of newly acquired entities, improving efficiency and reducing operational disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies, processes, and systems, enhancing overall productivity and operational capabilities.
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize integration processes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by applying methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Agile, conducting root cause analysis, and facilitating problem-solving initiatives.
• Ensure the smooth transition of newly acquired entities by maintaining and optimizing integration processes to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Provide leadership and guidance to teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting adherence to best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of integration processes, equipment maintenance records, and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in integration architecture, process improvement, and change management, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• A demonstrated history of effectively leading extensive integration projects and initiatives to enhance processes within intricate organizational structures.
• In-depth technical proficiency in integration technologies such as ESB, API management, middleware, and cloud integration platforms.
• Certifications in relevant domains (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, TOGAF) are beneficial.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities, including the capability to scrutinize issues, pinpoint underlying causes, and implement viable resolutions within a dynamic operational setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal aptitude, fostering collaborative teamwork across diverse functions to realize corporate objectives.
• Dedication to workplace safety and unwavering compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
