Our client is seeking an experienced LV Field Technician to join our team in the construction and fire safety industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fire alarm systems, along with expertise in low voltage systems. This role requires strong mechanical skills and the ability to handle various hand tools effectively.

Focus:

• Install, service, and maintain fire alarm systems and related low voltage systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and within safety standards.
• Utilize a variety of hand tools and equipment to perform installations and repairs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Document all work performed and communicate progress with project managers.

Skill Set:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in fire alarm systems.
• Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low voltage and fire alarm systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
• Certifications in fire alarm or low voltage systems preferred.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
