Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking a dedicated Litigation Associate Attorney specializing in Trust and Estate Litigation to join their prestigious legal team. Focus:

• Oversee a diverse caseload of disputes related to trusts and estates.
• Prepare and scrutinize estate and trust instruments, ensuring accuracy and compliance in administrative and contentious matters.
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and team members on legal strategies.
• Provide legal advice to clients, ensuring understanding of the risks and outcomes of the litigation process.
• Investigate complex legal issues, distill key findings, and design strategic recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
• Interact directly with clients, maintaining a high level of professional service and confidentiality.

Skill Set:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the practicing state.
• 4 plus years of direct experience in trust and estate litigation.
• Experience in business, commercial, and real estate litigation is highly desirable.
• Proven history of achieving exceptional outcomes and driving meaningful successes in complex legal matters.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proven capability to think creatively and devise innovative solutions to complex legal issues.
• Capable of exceling in a self-directed capacity while also contributing to and enhancing team efforts in a dynamic, cooperative setting.
• Exceptional operational expertise, enabling seamless management of a high-volume caseload while maintaining impeccable standards, discretion, and client privacy.
