Focus:

Handle a diverse caseload of consumer protection litigation

Represent clients in state courts and various arbitration forums

Manage cases from initial filing through resolution

Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies

Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court documents

Skill Set:

5-8 years of litigation experience

Strong analytical and writing skills

Excellent oral advocacy abilities

Passion for consumer rights and protection

JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership required

Experience in automotive-related litigation is a plus, but not required
