Represent clients in state and federal courts

Manage cases from initial filing through resolution

Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs

Advise clients on risk management and compliance issues

Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations

Skill Set:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership required

Strong background in bad faith defense work

Excellent analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Experience in one or more of the listed practice areas

Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently

Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
