Our client, a distinguished leader in the lighting industry, is seeking a dynamic and driven Lighting Specification Sales Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in the lighting or electrical sectors, aiming to leverage their expertise in a client-facing sales environment. As a Lighting Specification Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in driving our sales initiatives by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored lighting solutions.

Focus:
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and contractors to promote our lighting products and services.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring their specifications are met with precision.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure product specifications align with client requirements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders using industry-specific software tools.
• Stay updated on market trends and product innovations to effectively address client inquiries and enhance sales strategies.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the lighting or construction industry.
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the lighting or electrical industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with industry-specific software such as Bluebeam, AGI32, and AutoCAD is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively.
