Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing lighting and controls company, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Lightning – Inside Sales Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial in supporting and developing agent partners within the Northern Region, ensuring increased revenue and market share through exceptional sales and service deliverables.
As the Lightning – Inside Sales Specialist, you will drive revenue growth by enhancing relationships with agent partners and providing comprehensive sales support. Your primary focus will be to align with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience, while also offering technical support and executing a defined sales process.

Focus:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agent partners, aiming to grow order volume and profitability.
Serve as a primary liaison between agent partners and internal teams, facilitating timely responses and resolution of account-related activities.
Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts, track sales metrics, and drive business development initiatives.
Provide exceptional sales support and technical assistance to enhance partner satisfaction and engagement.
Participate in market activities including trade shows, promotional events, and industry conferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer objectives with business strategies.
Skill Set:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, with a strong understanding of the lighting industry.
Proven ability to manage relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
