They are seeking a Legal Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Employment Law to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our attorneys by handling legal research, drafting documents, managing cases, scheduling, and assisting with trial preparation and other litigation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Employment Law and excel in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Focus:
Organize case files, track deadlines, and maintain accurate schedules for litigation activities.
Assist attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, from intake to trial and appeals.
Manage court calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and mediations, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
Draft, file, and serve legal documents, ensuring adherence to court rules.
Prepare and respond to discovery requests, coordinate materials with opposing counsel, and track deadlines.
Assist with preparing trial documents, witness coordination, and organizing exhibits and materials.
Conduct client intake, provide updates, and serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys.
Manage attorney schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Skill Set:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employment Law
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Familiarity with Zoom and legal case management software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and a client-focused demeanor.
Exceptional attention to detail and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
