Lead Electrical Maintenance Manager

This company is looking for a Lead Electrical Maintenance Manager to oversee, manage and supervise various functions to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment. Focus:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of subordinate supervisors, focusing on safe and efficient operations.
• Execute production plans and manage schedules to ensure continuous operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operating, and regulatory standards.
• Inspect work units to achieve production targets and objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments (Maintenance, Engineering, Safety, etc.) to optimize production processes.
• Directly supervise and support first-line or shift supervisors in their management roles.
Skill Set:
• High School diploma or GED with seven (7) years of relevant operational experience, including supervisory roles, or a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Preferred candidates will have a background in electrical maintenance in either a manufacturing or mining setting.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, safety regulations, and maintenance protocols.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Candidates must be willing to work in a mine/plant setting, which may involve exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, and other potentially hazardous conditions.
• Personal protective equipment is required on the job.
• Drug/alcohol-free workplace enforced through pre-employment and random testing as per state laws.
