Focus:
• Collaborate meaningfully across diverse teams, ensuring that business requirements are meticulously translated into formidable Salesforce solutions.
• Take charge of Salesforce platform management, configuration, and customization, aligning functionalities with organizational strategies and objectives.
• Embrace and drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, enhancing Salesforce functionalities, automation, and workflows.
• Uphold impeccable standards of data integrity, conduct essential data maintenance activities, and supervise data migrations and updates.
• Lead and execute Salesforce projects with a strategic focus, ensuring successful completion, timely delivery, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate extensive user training and support, fostering an environment of proficiency, smooth onboarding, and continuous learning within the Salesforce platform.
Skill Set:
• 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience, complemented by a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required. Advanced, related certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in Salesforce automation tools, and a diverse array of integrated apps and platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills, paired with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, allowing for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential issues.
