The IoT Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product development and launch of satellite-based IoT solutions. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver products that offer superior customer experiences. You will support go-to-market strategies, product roadmaps, and business development efforts, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of IoT innovation.

Focus:

Engage deeply with customers to gain insights, define requirements, and craft compelling value propositions for new products.

Translate business needs and product definitions into technical specifications for development and validation.

Collaborate with product management, development, marketing, sales, and service teams to drive the launch of new IoT products.

Act as the subject matter expert, providing leadership and resolving product-related conflicts during the development cycle.

Support marketing teams with the creation of product marketing materials, sales collateral, and use case documentation.

Assist sales teams in developing training materials for internal teams and distribution partners.

Define and document use cases focused on customer experience, API integration, and back-office solutions for IoT products.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis, ensuring the product portfolio remains innovative and aligned with market trends.

Maintain a knowledge repository of satellite IoT solutions, staying current on industry developments and trends.

Skill Set:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; an Engineering degree is preferred, MBA is advantageous.

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in managing IoT products or similar roles within wireless communication or satellite technology sectors.

Strong knowledge of product development, software/hardware integration, and cloud platform APIs.

Experience working with IoT wireless hardware, software, and connectivity solutions.

Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS models and B2B product integration.

Background in agile product management and technical fluency in API-based platforms.

Experience in creating new products from the ground up, including leading Product-Led Growth initiatives.

Strong leadership and influence within cross-functional, matrixed teams.

Self-driven and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical mindset with a track record of delivering data-driven product decisions.

Proven experience in managing product life cycles and delivering measurable results.

Expertise in agile development methodologies for hardware, software, and firmware products.
