The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including but not limited to labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications. A proactive approach and enthusiasm for delivering high-quality client service are highly valued.

Proven ability to draft detailed immigration petitions and applications.

Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
