HVAC Repair Employee

Focus:
Repair and Maintenance: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems within the client’s facilities. Troubleshooting: Identify issues with HVAC systems through diagnostic tools and techniques, and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal functioning of the equipment. Customer Service: Interact with internal stakeholders and departments in a professional manner, addressing their HVAC concerns promptly and efficiently. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others within the client’s facilities. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts used, following the client’s established procedures and standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in HVAC repair processes within the client’s facilities, contributing to enhanced operational performance.
Skill Set:
High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational or technical HVAC program preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC repair and maintenance. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques. Experience with a variety of HVAC equipment and brands.
Relevant certifications such as EPA 608 certification or HVAC technician certification preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship in line with the client’s standards and expectations.
