They are looking for a General Manager to play a critical part in leading and managing strategic, sales, and operational activities across multiple locations. This position requires a dynamic leader who can oversee various departments, drive business growth, and maintain the highest standards of performance and efficiency. You will be instrumental in shaping the company’s future through strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and objectives.

• Develop company-wide processes in collaboration with other GMs and key leadership for critical business elements including installation, service programs, and workflow standards.

• Oversee development and maintenance of dashboards and performance reports in collaboration with finance and operations teams.
• Support GMs in producing weekly revenue forecasts, utilization reports, and relevant KPIs.
• Guide direct reports in effective business management, identifying opportunities and challenges, and responding proactively.
• Enhance internal processes for improved productivity and scalability across the organization.
• Provide robust performance management plans with a focus on training and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive responsibility in sales management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct personnel toward common goals.
• Experience in Operations, Sales, Solutions, and Service is desirable.
• Proficiency in financial and budgeting processes and principles.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
