We are currently seeking a Fleet Maintenance Superintendent to play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical heavy mining equipment across North and South America. This role will demand a blend of strategic planning, technical expertise, and leadership to uphold the highest standards of reliability and safety in our mining operations.

Focus:
Develop strategic objectives for heavy equipment reliability enhancement. Lead equipment refurbishment program for haul trucks, dozers, and loaders. Provide technical support for critical production issues. Advocate and enforce reliability best practices during refurbishments. Standardize maintenance procedures for heavy equipment. Ensure efficient utilization of refurbishment processes.
Skill Set:
High School diploma or GED with at least 7 years of operational experience, including leadership roles; OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in maintenance and operational procedures for heavy mining equipment. Strong command of MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and motivate personnel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capacity to oversee multiple operations, projects, and activities effectively. Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety practices. Specific expertise in mobile maintenance of mine haul trucks.
