They are seeking a Fire Protections Services Manager to oversee a team of technicians responsible for fire alarm system inspections. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of safety and compliance.

Focus:
• Supervise and mentor a technical crew of fire alarm experts, driving excellence and guaranteeing rigorous inspection standards.
• Lead operational initiatives, driving inspection quality and regulatory adherence.
• Cultivate a culture of synergy and excellence, guiding team members to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, using industry-standard tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analyze inspection data and create reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for increased efficiency.
Skill Set:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in the fire alarm industry.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, demonstrating effective team management skills.
• NICET II FAS/ITFAS certification required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; however, a degree in business management or a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
