Focus:
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during software demos, addressing any technical questions or concerns they may have.
• Work closely with the product development team to communicate client feedback and contribute to the enhancement of product offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that software demos and presentations are aligned with current market needs.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and presentation skills.
• Conduct 20-40 software demos monthly to banking clients.
• Travel occasionally to client sites for in-person meetings and presentations, as needed.
Skill Set:
• Possess a proven track record of success in software sales or consulting, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address client needs and challenges.
• Have experience working in the banking or financial services industry, with a deep understanding of industry-specific processes and regulations.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Banking School Equivalent in Finance, Lending Operations, or related field – Preferred.
• Have 5+ years of experience in a bank or credit union environment with a focus on lending skills and lending operational expertise.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Be highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
