Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, domestic violence, and guardianship cases.

Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.

Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and agreements.

Collaborate with community partners, social workers, and legal teams to provide holistic client services.

Educate and empower clients by providing legal advice and guidance tailored to their specific circumstances.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Attorney in the state of Florida (in good standing).

Prior Family Law Experience (Required) – Minimum of 2+ years handling family law cases.

A passion for social justice and a commitment to serving underrepresented communities.

Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus, but not required.
