ERP Integrations Lead

Focus:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and develop Workday solutions. Lead secure integration of Workday with various platforms, maintaining data integrity. Oversee Workday solution implementation, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and ongoing support. Work with various departments to understand their needs and integrate Workday solutions, coordinating with external partners as needed. Create integration guides and train staff and users for enhanced system proficiency. Quickly resolve Workday integration issues, serving as a reliable support contact. Stay updated on Workday enhancements and best practices to improve system functionality. Foster a workplace that values diversity and effective cross-cultural engagement.
Skill Set:
Bring 3-5 years of rich experience in ERP Systems Integration, with a strong foundation in Workday’s architecture or equivalent platforms. Demonstrate proficiency in Workday’s integration toolkit or similar technologies, with a keen analytical mindset for solving complex problems. Possess outstanding communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration and creatively addressing challenges. Show a proactive willingness to attain Workday certification within the first six months if not already certified (with institutional support for training). Experience in the educational sector is an asset, but not mandatory. Exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for embracing innovative technologies and organizational practices.
