In this role, the attorney will handle a variety of employment-related legal matters, representing both employees and employers in litigation cases. Focus:
• Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis on employment law issues.
• Drafting various legal documents pertinent to employment litigation, such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Assisting in trial preparation, including deposition preparation and witness coordination.
• Effectively communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Advocating on behalf of clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Maintaining meticulous case files and documentation.
• Managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Skill Set:
• Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a prestigious law school.
• Hold admission to the California State Bar Association.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in employment litigation.
• Demonstrate exceptional research and writing prowess.
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Thrive in both independent and collaborative work settings.
• Possess a meticulous attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills.
• Command proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
