Employment Litigation Associate
Our client, a respected law firm, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Associate to join our Employment Law Department. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a passion for employment law and a commitment to excellent client service.

Focus:
• Create and finalize court documents, including replies, legal applications, and supporting papers.
• Actively participate in motion practice and manage various stages of litigation.
• Manage and execute information exchange procedures, including initiating and replying to requests for evidence and documentation.
• Conduct depositions and prepare cases for trial.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on workplace matters, ensuring adherence to complex regulatory requirements governing compensation, time-off policies, and workplace modifications.
• Develop and refine company policies and conduct compliance training sessions.
• Manage pre-litigation disputes effectively to prevent escalation.
Skill Set:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of two years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on employment law.
• Experience in case management, including trial preparation and conducting depositions.
• Knowledge of wage laws, leave laws (such as FMLA and ADA), and other compliance matters related to employment law is advantageous.
• Possesses outstanding abilities in data analysis, verbal presentation, and written expression
• Demonstrates a distinguished educational foundation, paired with a proven history of achieving exceptional outcomes and driving tangible success in prior roles.
• Skilled in crafting regulatory frameworks and delivering educational programs to promote adherence to organizational standards.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
