Embedded Systems Product Engineer

They are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems Product Engineer to lead the development and integration of next-generation hardware and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system design, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product delivery. Focus:
Develop system-level specifications in alignment with product objectives, supported by detailed data analysis.
Conduct system modeling and technical analyses to support and validate requirements, focusing on embedded systems, including microcontroller-based platforms and communication systems.
Create and implement detailed testing plans to verify both functionality and performance, ensuring systems operate as expected under real-world conditions.
Manage the entire process from defining system specifications, through design, integration, testing, and final delivery, ensuring timely product milestones are achieved.
Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, and Software Engineering teams to guarantee alignment and integration across all product components.
Lead efforts in troubleshooting and refining designs during the testing phase, ensuring that any issues are addressed, and the product is successfully delivered.
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s or PhD preferred).
7+ years of experience in embedded systems engineering, with a proven history of managing system requirements, validation, and product deployment.
Solid understanding of embedded systems, microcontroller platforms, and system integration.
Expertise in systems running on microcontrollers (MCUs) with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) or bare-metal environments.
Experience working with systems based on microprocessors (MPUs) with operating systems such as Linux or Android.
Strong background in managing size, weight, and power (SWaP) considerations during product development.
Experience creating simulations or models to validate system requirements and performance outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to guide products from concept to market, overseeing all phases of development and ensuring successful launches.
Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
Familiarity with signal processing, large-scale embedded systems, cloud integrations, and experimental design for mass production.
