Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of real estate assets aligned with the company’s long-term infrastructure growth goals.
• Manage negotiations and close transactions for a variety of property types, including freehold and leasehold assets.
• Serve as the primary interface with brokers, landowners, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform acquisition strategy.
• Oversee due diligence, including environmental assessments, title reviews, and zoning analysis, ensuring risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal development, legal, and construction teams to ensure seamless transition post-acquisition.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sites across multiple geographies.
• Report on acquisition progress, site metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in real estate site selection and acquisition, ideally within the commercial or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of property valuation, entitlement processes, and contract negotiation.
• Background in large-scale site acquisition, including powered land or complex multi-party deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
• Adept at leveraging market intelligence tools and real estate data platforms.
