• Strong understanding of experiential marketing, live events, and large-scale project management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
• Background in print production, fabrication, or event technology services.
• History of successful sales to major brands, sports organizations, or entertainment companies.
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for market expansion.
