Director of Sales – Semiconductor/OSAT
Our client, a prominent leader in the semiconductor industry, is currently seeking a Director of Sales for the Semiconductor/OSAT sector. This role is centered around guiding the sales and marketing team, developing and executing robust sales strategies, and nurturing critical customer relationships, all within the complex landscape of the semiconductor industry. The Director of Sales will play a key role in driving operational innovation and excellence.
In this vital position, the Director of Sales will formulate strategic sales plans and forecasts that are in sync with the broader business objectives and customer needs. The incumbent will be instrumental in enhancing the company’s market position, identifying emerging market segments, and devising strategic initiatives to penetrate and establish footholds in these new areas.

Focus:
Craft and execute detailed sales strategies and reliable forecasts. Align sales initiatives with corporate strategies, customer needs, and market demands. Develop and sustain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Identify and target new market segments, crafting strategic approaches for market entry and presence. Collaborate closely with product engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers. Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Motivate and lead the sales team to surpass established sales targets.
Represent the company at customer and industry events, enhancing business networking and potential leads.
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Over 10 years of sales experience within the semiconductor industry. Exceptional communication, presentation, sales, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office suite and CRM software for sales management. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans based on data analysis. Proven track record in leadership, with the ability to exceed team goals. Experience in identifying and successfully closing deals in new markets. Demonstrated proficiency in negotiating and closing complex sales agreements with customers.
