As part of their expansion, they are seeking an experienced senior salesperson to support the development and expansion of their efforts within the larger Registered Investment Advisor and Family Office community.
As a Director on the RIA Sales team, you will collaborate closely with regional leads to enhance our company brand presence and awareness within the RIA and Family Office channel. The ideal candidate will possess a high-performing entrepreneurial spirit, operational acumen, and expertise in alternative investments. Your primary responsibility will be to establish, maintain, and grow relationships with alternative-focused Registered Investment Advisors, acting as a subject matter expert representing our company platform and investment solutions.

Work collaboratively with Sales regional leads to develop the company brand presence within the RIA and Family Office channel. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with alternative-focused Registered Investment Advisors. Serve as a subject matter expert on the company’s platform and alternative investment solutions, including private equity, private credit, and private real estate. Identify strategic opportunities to expand the company’s investment offerings within the RIA and Family Office community. Gain a deep understanding of the company’s product philosophy, process, objectives, and positioning, effectively communicating these to prospective investors. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, including the use of pre-approved marketing materials and proper licensing. Participate in seminars and events, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
Collaborate with product specialists or portfolio managers to address client needs effectively.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred. MBA, CPA, CAIA, CFA are welcome but not required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial industry; experience with Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Family Offices highly preferred. FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred. Knowledge of various product subsets within Equity, Fixed Income, and international markets, with a focus on alternative investments. Proven track record of maintaining high standards of service excellence with existing clients and prospective investors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as required.
