Our client, a rapidly growing company in the electrical building products sector, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Marketing to lead their marketing initiatives. This pivotal role, reporting directly to the CEO and as a key member of the leadership team, will drive profitable revenue through the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a proven track record in both traditional and digital marketing channels.

Focus:
• Develop, coordinate, and execute an innovative marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead and integrate cross-functional teams to promote and launch new products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Manage the marketing budget, optimizing spending and maximizing ROI across all activities.
• Uphold and enhance brand management through various channels, ensuring consistency and high standards are maintained.
• Analyze market trends and performance data to guide strategic decisions and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Spearhead marketing campaigns, overseeing the development and delivery of creative and impactful marketing materials.
• Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and market needs.
• Plan and execute major national and regional trade shows, creating opportunities for market penetration and brand visibility.
• Direct and refine customer acquisition and retention strategies, improving customer engagement and loyalty.
• Lead the analysis and interpretation of market data to inform strategic planning and competitive positioning.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a B2B light manufacturing, assembly, or value-added distribution environment.
• Management/leadership experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proven track record in market segmentation, opportunity analysis, and product strategy.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, alongside excellent analytical abilities.
• Experience in brand management and building long-term customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A creative and data-driven problem solver with self-motivation and leadership skills.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, growing company is advantageous.
