Focus:
Define the vision and strategy for public-facing digital platforms. Lead digital content and technical development, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated digital marketing efforts. Implement user experience and design best practices for digital assets. Oversee digital campaign assets development, including landing pages and content. Monitor and analyze digital platform performance, utilizing analytics for strategic improvements. Develop strategies for seamless customer experiences across all digital touchpoints. Guide the team on digital transformation initiatives and emerging technology trends.
Skill Set:
8+ years of experience in digital strategy, preferably in a consumer-focused environment. Leadership experience with a track record of managing successful teams. Expertise in UX/UI design, customer journey mapping, and comprehensive digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in data analytics, SEO, and online marketing technologies, with experience in e-commerce performance enhancement. Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other methodologies. Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Bachelor’s degree in technology, information systems, or a related field is preferred. Innovative and forward-thinking approach to digital transformation and market trends.
