Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Accounting will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of their global accounting operations. This individual will lead a team responsible for financial statement integrity, compliance, and efficient accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with SaaS industry experience, ready to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment.

Focus:
• Lead the financial accounting team in ensuring accurate and timely production of GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Oversee the consolidation of financial results and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Implement policies and procedures to support scalable accounting operations and prepare for potential IPO.
• Drive efficiency through automation and streamlining of accounting processes.
• Manage global accounting, tax operations, and statutory requirements for subsidiaries.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide accounting guidance for transactions and investment-related needs.
• Foster strong relationships across the organization and externally.
• Collaborate with the CFO and other senior stakeholders to support company growth initiatives.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience with financial systems (e.g., Intacct).
• Experience managing global accounting operations and multi-entity structures.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for operational excellence.
