Your expertise will be instrumental in managing digital campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, and optimizing customer engagement strategies across various channels, including social media, email, and web platforms.

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media. Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Lead content strategy for digital platforms, including crafting email newsletters, educational content, and managing social media. Collaborate with external agencies and partners to align marketing efforts and maximize reach. Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for growth and experimentation. Manage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to enhance marketing automation and personalization. Contribute to the strategy for new product launches and promotional activities. Foster a culture of innovation, continuously exploring new marketing channels and techniques.
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the financial services sector. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. Demonstrated experience in managing e-commerce marketing initiatives and digital campaigns. Proficiency in using CRM and digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to drive marketing decisions. Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A creative and strategic mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
