Our client is a well-established Internet Service Provider (ISP) company offering a range of connectivity solutions spanning from the residential to enterprise levels. They utilize a variety of innovative fiber and splicing technologies to remain on the cutting edge of their industry. As the company continues to evolve in the rapidly changing ISP industry, they are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to help get the word out.
The Demand Generation Manager will be a pivotal member of our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing strategies to create demand, increase brand visibility, and drive customer conversion. The successful candidate will leverage their digital marketing expertise, data-driven insights, and creativity to develop and implement lead generation initiatives.

Focus:
• Multifaceted Demand Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies that resonate with a diverse customer base, spanning residential to enterprise clients.
• Technology Services Focus: Tailor demand generation initiatives to effectively promote the company’s technology services, leveraging expertise in networking, software, storage, and telephony technologies.
• Product Awareness: Drive the development and launch of new products, crafting and implementing go-to-market plans that maximize visibility and customer engagement across various connectivity technologies.
• Budget Management: Manage and optimize the demand generation budget, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success and ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of demand generation efforts.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure brand identity consistency across all marketing materials and communications, emphasizing a commitment to quality and reliability.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of your time.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on demand generation.
• Prior experience creating successful lead-gen campaigns.
• Proficiency in a variety of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance.
• Leadership skills and experience in managing marketing teams.
• Proficiency in managing marketing budgets and delivering a strong ROI.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
