Our client is a well-established Internet Service Provider (ISP) company offering a range of connectivity solutions spanning from the residential to enterprise levels. They utilize a variety of innovative fiber and splicing technologies to remain on the cutting-edge of their industry. As the company continues to evolve in the rapidly changing ISP industry, they are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Analyst. 

As the Demand Generation Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Marketing team, supporting our efforts to drive demand for our connectivity solutions, managed hosting services, and technology expertise. Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for data analysis, campaign performance tracking, and contributing insights that enhance our marketing strategies.

Focus: 

• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization within our demand generation initiatives. 
• Performance Tracking: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to the Demand Generation Manager. 
• Audience Insights: Contribute to the identification and profiling of target customer personas to enhance campaign targeting and personalization. 
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to provide insights for data-driven decision-making. 
• Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the Demand Generation Manager to optimize campaigns based on data analysis and insights. 
• Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity to support marketing initiatives. 
• A/B Testing: Assist in designing and conducting A/B tests to refine and improve marketing campaigns. 

Skill Set: 

• Either have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, statistics, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a related role. 
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. 
• Ability to travel up to 25% of your time.
• Experience working in telecom is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
