Our client provides a full range of market-leading wireless solutions, including DAS, in-building cellular, and more. They are hiring a DAS Sales Director to play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the performance of their DAS systems.
The DAS Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing the sales strategy for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) solutions. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, particularly in the telecommunications or technology sectors, to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Focus:
Cultivate and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on wireless solutions such as iDAS/oDAS design, deployment, and long-term maintenance contracts. Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, managing the sales cycle from initiation to post-sale handoff. Identify and pursue new clients within the enterprise sector, including venue owners, real estate entities, and contractors, to expand service offerings. Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for enterprise relationships and present DAS solutions to key decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals aligning with clients’ business objectives. Lead the sales development team to establish regional market dominance and drive lead generation efforts.
Skill Set:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the telecommunications or technology sectors. Experience selling DAS network infrastructure solutions to wireless carriers, neutral host/3rd party operator companies, real estate owners, and/or enterprise clients. Proven sales leadership capabilities and a track record of exceeding quotas with proficiency in building and maintaining relationships across diverse industries. Vast experience within major carriers, neutral hosts, integrators, or OEMs. Technical acumen in wireless solutions, encompassing DAS (indoor/outdoor), small cells, public safety, private networks, and RF technology. Ability to manage extended sales cycles, strategize network architecture, and articulate comprehensive service offerings. Demonstrated aptitude in contract negotiation and upselling/cross-selling services. Excellent communication skills, adept at technical presentations and contract negotiation.
