Our client is a trusted leader in providing cutting-edge wireless and public safety communication solutions, specializing in DAS and related technologies. They are seeking a proactive and experienced DAS Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate DAS-related construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and efficiency.

Focus:
Serve as the primary liaison between field teams, the CEO, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
Oversee all phases of DAS construction projects, including pre-construction site walks, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site supervision.
Directly supervise and support field teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and team briefings to maintain alignment with project goals.
Manage daily records of progress, changes, and site conditions, communicating updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to track budgets, collect payments, and maintain compliance with project milestones.
Identify and mitigate risks while continuously improving operational processes.
Skill Set:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing construction projects, preferably within DAS or low-voltage telecommunications infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of DAS systems, including public safety and cellular applications.
Proven ability to lead teams of low-voltage electricians or DAS technicians, with expertise in managing crews of 10+.
Proficiency with project management tools and software, such as Asana or Monday.com.
OSHA certification preferred but not required.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites up to 75% of the time.
