This organization is seeking an Cybersecurity Engineer that will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our organization’s security infrastructure. This position involves analyzing security risks, developing security measures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay ahead of emerging threats.

Focus:
• Design, implement, and maintain security measures to protect the organization’s information systems.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and risk analysis.
• Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents, responding promptly to potential threats.
• Establish, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all systems and applications.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technology advancements.
• Provide security awareness training to staff and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to security architecture, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of security breaches and incident
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Cybersecurity or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, and security frameworks.
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, SIEM).
• Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and application security.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus
