They are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our call center team. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for promptly addressing customer inquiries and providing accurate and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

Focus:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately document each customer interaction in the designated system and take appropriate action to resolve inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Adhere to all confidentiality standards and regulatory requirements when handling customer information.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Skill Set:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
