The Consulting Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering consulting solutions to clients in diverse industries. The primary focus will be on understanding client processes, risks, and controls at an enterprise level, particularly in compliance, operations, and financial management.

Focus:
• Lead the definition or redesign of business processes to achieve organizational objectives.
• Document and analyze client business processes, developing recommendations to solve business issues.
• Participate in fact-finding meetings, develop process documentation, and present findings to clients.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of business process automation and change management solutions.
• Manage project status, budgets, and communication, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct end-user training and facilitate procedure or process training sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement.
Skill Set:
• Bachelor’s degree in business (required); MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing business processes, technology, and organizational improvement solutions.
• Experience in healthcare or property & casualty insurance preferred.
• Previous consulting experience required, with a focus on process redesign and technology implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision with ability to thrive individually and on a team.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to travel up to 70% as needed.
