They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join our team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the quality of our projects, where we handle a high volume of unit turnovers each month. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating costs, managing permits, and ensuring all project plans are correctly executed. This position requires regular travel, including both flying and driving, to assess new opportunities and manage ongoing projects.

Prepare accurate job estimates and monitor project budgets.
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and uphold quality standards.
Skill Set:
At least 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction.
Strong understanding of construction processes and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to produce precise job estimates.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across all projects.
Experience in contract negotiation and management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects.
Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
