Our client, a distinguished leader in the construction industry, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

Focus:
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of construction projects, from planning through execution. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Verify and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency through proactive planning and financial oversight. Address cost variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Negotiate and finalize subcontractor and supplier contracts. Manage all contractual obligations, including change orders and progress payments.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, design professionals, and vendors. Regularly communicate project status, address concerns, and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage project teams and subcontractors, providing direction and support to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
• Prepare and review project reports, including cost reports, progress reports, and performance analyses. Conduct progress meetings and document meeting outcomes.
Skill Set:
• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Project management certifications are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in process improvement, tracking budget expenses, and performance management.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Ability to contribute immediately and effectively to project needs.
• Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working under pre-construction and estimating teams.
• Willingness to be based in Fayetteville with limited travel requirements.
