Our client is a well-established company in the construction industry with a specialization in glasswork solutions. Due to growth, they are hiring a Construction Project Manager to manage and oversee projects.
As Construction Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for facilitating efficient communication, overseeing materials management, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. Your contribution will be integral in maintaining the high standards of quality and safety that our clients expect.

Collaborate with key stakeholders including customers, vendors, AGI fabrication, and field teams to ensure smooth project coordination. Contribute thorough pre-planning activities to guarantee the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of projects. Assist project managers and engineers in coordinating labor, materials, and equipment for successful installations. Aid in identifying and addressing critical project aspects to maintain superior safety, quality, and profitability standards. Assist in managing project logistics and optimal resource allocation for successful outcomes. Participate in jobsite inspections to monitor project progress and uphold safety and quality protocols. Support project managers in monitoring project profitability and participating in assessments for efficient work progress. Provide valuable insights to enhance project planning and execution, contributing to long-term success.
3+ years of construction project management experience. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field. Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, PgMP, CAPM, etc.) preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam for streamlined project management and communication. Ability to interpret blueprints, assisting in project understanding and execution. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and stakeholders. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for effective coordination. Time management skills, ensuring project tasks are completed within designated timelines. Collaborative mindset, capable of contributing to project teams’ success. Flexibility to adapt to project scope changes and to support dynamic environments.
