As part of their ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation, they are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join their team.

The Financial Analyst will collaborate with the Finance and Commercial teams to support the organization’s financial and operational strategies. Reporting directly to the Manager of Financial Operations, this role plays a key part in developing insights that drive business decisions and optimizing financial processes.

Focus:

Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, support decision-making, and assist in forecasting for key initiatives.

Prepare periodic financial and operational reports in response to customer requirements and internal needs.

Support procurement and billing processes, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.

Design, implement, and manage dashboards and performance metrics to monitor business performance and provide actionable insights.

Partner with budget owners to analyze budget performance and profitability while identifying impacts related to customer or business operations.

Provide financial data and insights to support negotiations, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.

Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and KPIs, coordinating input from relevant stakeholders.

Analyze sales, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Assist cross-functional teams with financial expertise to support company-wide initiatives and operations.

Lead or contribute to special projects, business development efforts, and customer/vendor relations.

Perform ad-hoc analyses and financial support tasks as required.

Skill Set:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

2–5 years of experience in finance, analytics, or a related field. Experience in corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact across departments and organizational levels.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a solution-driven mindset.
